- Store operation management - Brand sales management - Manage appointed stores including the associates - Operation ratio management, negotiation with third-parties for store operation, business strategy planning and execution - Communication and negotiation with concerned departments at head office - Accumulate competitor and market research
- 3-5 years experience in fashion retailing - More than 3 years experience at import brand is a plus - Profound knowledge in retail business - PC skill （Excel,WORD,POWERPOINT） - Business level English - Able to accomplish sales strategy planning, implementation and operation - Strong communication skill - Proactive and target oriented
